iNovaDrive Community Standards & Marketplace Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

1. Honest Listings

Listings must accurately describe the item, vehicle or service being offered.

Users must not intentionally hide material information or create misleading listings.

2. Prohibited Listings

iNovaDrive may prohibit or remove listings involving:

• Illegal goods or activities.
• Stolen property.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Fraudulent listings.
• Misleading representations.
• Items the seller does not lawfully possess or control.
• Prohibited or dangerous goods.
• Listings that violate applicable law.

3. Fraud and Scams

Users must not attempt to defraud other members or iNovaDrive.

This includes fake identities, false documents, fraudulent payments, fake listings, manipulated evidence and deceptive transactions.

4. Respectful Communication

Harassment, threats, intimidation, abusive behaviour and targeted misconduct are not permitted.

5. Identity and Impersonation

Users must not impersonate another person or misrepresent their identity.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.

Users must not create fake reviews, manipulate ratings or attempt to unfairly damage another person's reputation.

7. Off-Platform Scams

Users should be cautious of requests for unusual payment methods, financial information or identification outside normal iNovaDrive processes.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of other community members and must not misuse, publish or distribute another person's personal information.

9. Safety

Users must not use iNovaDrive to facilitate dangerous, unlawful or unsafe activities.

10. Reporting

Users may report listings, accounts or conduct that they believe violates these standards.

11. Platform Review

iNovaDrive may review reported content or activity and may take action where appropriate.

Possible actions may include removing content, restricting a listing, limiting account functionality, suspending an account or taking other appropriate action.

12. No Retaliation

Users should not retaliate against another community member for making a good-faith report or participating in an investigation.

13. Building the Community Together

iNovaDrive believes that a marketplace becomes valuable when people can participate with confidence.

We encourage Hosts, Renters, Buyers and Sellers to communicate honestly, respect one another and contribute to a professional community.
