iNovaDrive Renter / Guest Responsibilities

iNovaDrive wants every Renter to have a professional and transparent experience. Using someone else's vehicle also means accepting responsibility for treating it with care and following the applicable rules.
1. Eligibility and Verification
Renters must provide accurate information and satisfy applicable eligibility requirements before a booking can be approved.
iNovaDrive may verify a Renter using a valid driver's licence, government-issued identification, photographs of identification and other information reasonably necessary to verify identity and eligibility.
2. Accurate Information
Renters must provide truthful, complete and current information.
A Renter must not provide another person's identification or misrepresent their identity, driving eligibility or intended use of a vehicle.
3. Approved Driver
Only drivers who satisfy the applicable requirements and are authorized under the applicable booking and insurance arrangements may operate the vehicle.
4. Responsible Vehicle Use
Renters must:
- Operate the vehicle lawfully.
- Follow applicable traffic laws.
- Take reasonable care of the vehicle.
- Follow the Host's reasonable instructions.
- Follow applicable booking restrictions.
- Return the vehicle as agreed.
5. Prohibited Use
Renters may not use vehicles for unlawful, dangerous or prohibited activities.
- Racing or speed competitions.
- Illegal activities.
- Unauthorized commercial activities.
- Use by unauthorized drivers.
- Transport of prohibited goods.
- Driving while impaired.
- Any use prohibited by applicable law or insurance requirements.
6. Vehicle Care
Renters should treat every vehicle as someone else's valuable property.
Ordinary wear and tear should be distinguished from damage caused by misuse, negligence or prohibited use.
7. Damage and Incidents
Renters must promptly report accidents, damage, theft, mechanical problems or other significant incidents to the appropriate parties.
Renters should preserve photographs, documentation and other relevant information where reasonably possible.
8. Tickets, Fines and Charges
Renters are responsible for charges arising from their own conduct, including applicable tickets, fines, tolls or other legally attributable charges.
9. Communication With Hosts
Renters are expected to communicate respectfully and honestly with Hosts.
10. Return of Vehicle
Renters must return the vehicle according to the agreed booking terms and instructions.
11. Account Integrity
Renters must not allow another person to use their account or verification information in a way that violates iNovaDrive requirements.
12. Enforcement
iNovaDrive may restrict or suspend an account where there are concerns regarding identity verification, fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated violations or other serious breaches of platform rules.
